PCTI is fiercely proud of our contribution to the community both locally, regionally and nationally.

Amongst other things PCTI is a passionate supporter of Variety the Children's Charity. One only needs to travel a few hundred meters to see evidence of our contributions at Mt Drury Park where the Liberty Swing stands proud amongst the children's playground. Each year we free up staff to assist with Variety's Bikes for Kids campaign throughout New Zealand and Sponsor local Gold Heart Scholarship Recipient Mark Wilson in assisting him with reaching his sporting goals. Mark has Cerebral Palsy and represents New Zealand in Table Tennis, Variety has allocated Mark a mentor who is none other than PCTI director Mark Hellyer.

PCTI director Fiona Morris has volunteered to facilitate a pathways programme for Western Bay of Plenty Schools to pathway practical kids into vocational courses at institutions throughout the Bay. We anticipate that this is the start of something awesome.
